Refund policy


1 – Overview

At RYSN FITNESS, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


2 – Eligibility For Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


3 – How to Start a Refund

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

  • Returns must be requested before sending items back
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping

4 – Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


5 – Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


6 – Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted

7 – EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Items must still meet the return conditions outlined above.


8 – Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
